New Paradigm Consulting PLC (“New Paradigm”, “we”, “us”) operates this Candidate Portal from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, as part of our Discovery of Jobs services.

We may collect:

• Account details (name, email, phone, password credentials)
• CV and profile data (education, experience, skills, niches, documents)
• Application materials (cover letter, attachments, niche selection, messages with recruiters)
• Assessment responses and interview-related notes you submit
• Technical logs needed to secure the portal (IP address, device/browser type, timestamps)

We use personal data to:

• Create and manage your candidate account
• Show relevant jobs and process applications you submit
• Share your application with the hiring organization for that job
• Run assessments, invites, and in-portal messaging you participate in
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties

We do not sell your personal data.

When you apply to a job, we share relevant profile and application data with that employer (and authorized recruiters). We also use service providers who process data on our instructions (for example hosting and email delivery). We may disclose information when required by law. Partners are expected to protect data consistently with this policy and applicable agreements.

We keep account and application records only as long as needed for recruitment, operations, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained where law or an active process requires it.

You may update your CV and account details in the portal. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.

Some processing is necessary to operate your account and applications; declining that processing may limit what we can provide.

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of candidate data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure-use a strong password and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
