Job Overview

Job Purpose The Risk & Compliance Manager is responsible for establishing and managing the company's risk management and compliance framework, identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring regulatory compliance, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, directives, licensing requirements, and internal policies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement risk management and compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks. Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, technology, cybersecurity, regulatory, and reputational risks. Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, directives, and internal policies. Maintain risk registers, compliance records, risk indicators, and monitoring tools. Review new products, services, partnerships, and business initiatives for potential risks. Monitor operational incidents, fraud risks, control breaches, and corrective actions. Prepare periodic risk and compliance reports for executive management and relevant governing bodies. Promote risk awareness, regulatory compliance, and a strong internal control culture.
